Week 1- Prep Week. We get into the right mindset, prep a few things so that we can set ourselves up for success for the coming weeks.
Week 2 - Inflammation. We talk about how to live and eat to reduce inflammation in our body.
Week 3 - Cravings. Why do they occur and how to crowd them out.
Week 4 - Reading nutrition labels. Packaged food can be fine to consume, as long as you know how to read those pesky nutrition labels that can be so confusing. I'll teach you what to look out for!
Week 5 - Stress & Anxiety. Our mental health is as important as our physical well being. This week we learn some tools to cope with what may be the worst inflammatory trigger, STRESS.
Week 6 - We wrap it all up!
